Tonghoiyhoc.vn - On December 19, 2020, the Vietnam Association of Intravenous and Gastrointestinal Nourishment held the first congress, term 2020-2025.
Attending the congress, on the side of Vietnam Medical Association, there were Assoc. Nguyen Thi Xuyen, President of Vietnam Medical Association; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truong Son, Deputy Minister of Health; Ms. Thang Thi Hanh, Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, Ministry of Home Affairs and Leaders of Departments, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home Affairs and other members are official representatives of health units.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the term 2020-2025 with 17 members. TS.BS. Luu Ngan Tam, Head of the Nutrition Department, Cho Ray Hospital, Head of the Association's advocacy committee was elected to be the Association's Chairman. The Congress also discussed and voted on the Association's Charter and approved the Resolution of the Congress term 2020-2025.
